Hi, I’m Boris, the founder of Generation B.
Living in Barcelona, I often felt there was a lack of places where you could eat well and fast in the city centre. Places where you don’t have to overthink what to order - just choose with your heart and know that what you’re eating is good for you. That feeling is how Generation B was born.
The idea was to create a place in Barcelona serving healthy food where the food was straightforward, honest and balanced, and where eating healthy is easy, fast and accessible every day.
We want this philosophy to connect with the people of Barcelona and become part of their routine: a place to come back to when you want to eat well without overcomplicating things. And over time, we’d love to bring Generation B to more neighbourhoods, more cities, and open many more spaces across Catalonia and all of Spain. Because I believe eating well shouldn’t be complicated. It should be something natural.
